Made using traditional modelling methods this plaster model is a perfectly detailed replica of the famous Cunard Building ,one of Liverpool’s Iconic 3 Graces, which are instantly recognisable on Liverpool’s Waterfront.
The Cunard building is a Grade II listed building, completed in 1917, designed by William Edward Willink , Philip Coldwell Thicknesse, and Artur Joseph Davis it was originally the headquarters of the Famous Cunard Line, it is today owned by Liverpool City Council. Made from Re -enforced Concrete and clad like it’s other notable partners in Portland Stone .The Architerctural Style of the Cunard Building has been described as a mix of Italian Renaissance and Greek Revival. Siting proudly on Liverpool’s Waterfront The Building certainly plays it’s part in Liverpool’s most noted vista.
