I’ve bought several items from the shop and everyone who has received them as a gift has loved them. Unique Liverpool items and the glass items, whiskey, wine and beer glasses everyone adores ! Not just that though, I needed a present for my niece who was returning to America the next day, although the item I wanted wasn’t in the shop, the owner went out of her way and got it sent to the shop and then delivered it to me that day!! I only live round the corner but, still amazing service and my niece loved her present.

EXCELLENT customer service. Extremely pleasant and helpful lady in the shop. Ordered a Superlambanana on line and chose to pick up next day in the shop. It was there waiting for me at 9.30 a.m. Lovely selection of items in store.

Five star service as Liverpool Gift Company were in the area so delivered by hand to my door! Beautiful tealight spinney of Liverpool landmarks. So well packaged too and the personal touch of a hand written gift card. Although it looks delicate it is far more sturdy than ones I have had previously. Very pleased with purchase and would highly recommend.
