Do you have a shop?

The Liverpool Gift Company is an online store and we only operate via our website. However, we do have a ‘base’ in Voglio, Allerton Road, which is where you can pick up your Liverpool gifts, rather than having them delivered to your home.

How do I contact you?

You can contact us by phone on 0151 733 1149, by email at [email protected], or on Twitter and Facebook, where we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

When will you be uploading new Liverpool goodies?

We’re always on the lookout for lovely Liverpool gems so new gifts will be added to the site when we spot something perfect, or when one of the companies we stock release new items.

Do you ever offer voucher codes for Liverpool Gift Company?

We do! At special times or the year or just when we’re feeling generous, we will issue special discount codes for a limited time only. Make sure you’re reading our blog, following us on Twitter and are our friend on Facebook to find out any exclusive deals.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

Currently, we don’t offer a gift-wrapping service but we have very exciting plans to introduce this in the future! Keep your eyes peeled and your finger on the mouse for upcoming news.

You’re in luck! At the Liverpool Gift Company, we believe we have the perfect gift for any of your loved ones and we can point you in the right direction if you’re stuck for ideas. We regularly feature special blog posts in preparation for big occasions like Mother’s Day and Christmas, which might help you along the way.

 

Payment:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What do I do?

Keep calm and send us a quick email on [email protected]. We’ll check things our end and make sure your gift is on its way to you as soon as possible.

 

Delivery:

What courier do you use?

We send all our gifts via Royal Mail, first class delivery.

What is the cost of my delivery?

The cost of your parcel will be added during the checkout process.  For orders over £25, delivery is free.

When will I get my order?

If you place your order between Monday-Friday, we will aim to have it on it’s way by the next working day. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be the following Monday when it is processed. If there are any external circumstances that may affect your delivery time (like the dreaded snow!) we will let you know by email.

Where is my order?

Your gifts should reach you within 1-5 working days after they are sent by us, but if you still have not received your order after this time, please get in contact and we will sort it out right away.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you contact us within 24 hours of making your order, we can see if we can change or cancel it. As we endeavour to send all our items out as quick as possible, we might just have worked too fast!

Does it need to be signed for?

Your order does not need to be signed for, but with larger packages, someone will need to accept the gift.

 

Returns:

What is your refund policy?

We have a 7 day cooling off period, where you can decide whether you would like to keep your item, or not. If you want to return an item to us, you should send us a quick email first so we can advise which address to send it to and what will happen next.

We advise you to send the item back under recorded mail, just in case anything happens along the way.

How many days does it take for a refund?

We will aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, once we receive the item from you. Funds should appear in your account within 5 days.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we can’t exchange our gifts. We would first refund you and then you would have to order the desired item via our website.
