What’s on in Liverpool this weekend
Another fun weekend is on the horizon in Liverpool, we’re definitely getting spoilt this summer!
Opening this Saturday in St. George’s Hall is the stunning Minton tile floor. The annual event, which runs for three weeks, will allow visitors to see how stunning the building must have looked over 100 years ago. Head down from 10am-5pm for a great viewing experience and guided tours.
The Liverpool Pride festival also kicks off this Saturday, progressing from St. George’s Plateau at 11am. The parade continues along Lime street, down James street, crossing The Strand, culminating on the Waterfront. The main pride stage will be at the Pier Head, with top music acts performing and a crowd of 50,000 expected. The second stage is on Stanley street and will showcase local talent and acts throughout the day. For more information, head to the official pride website here.
Have a great weekend!
